The very high concentration of zinc oxide has a fast drying effect and offers protection against the effects of body fluids (urine and faeces in the house).

Bay leaf oil is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and has strong antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and hematoma reducing properties. The innovative Ichtyol® Pale and Castor Oil enhance this effect. This prevents damage caused by oxidation of the cell membrane.

The ricinoleic acid in the Castor oil helps with impurities and balances the hoof. In addition, Castor oil also contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are of great importance for hydration and keeping the hoof supple. The molecules of Castor oil have a small mass, so the oil can easily penetrate the deeper layers of the skin.

Deeply penetrating, moisturizing components of lanolin (wool fat) lead to the formation of new elastic, healthy hoof horns. Vitamin E and allantoin help reconstruct the damaged hoof, while the innovative Ichtyol® Pale and zinc oxide soothe any irritated areas.

It has excellent adhesion, even on wet hooves, for a long-lasting effect, and it maintains its soft consistency regardless of temperature.
