Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day, provided the item is in stock. Exceptions include:
On Saturdays, orders are processed but shipped on Tuesday.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart during checkout.
We ship with Bpost.
These delivery times are indicative and do not account for potential delays at customs. All packages are shipped insured and include a track-and-trace code, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
During the payment process, you can choose to pick up your order at our store. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow a processing time of 2 hours if all items are in stock.

All items can be returned, provided that:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
The full amount will be refunded via the original payment method (processed via Mollie Payments) within 10 working days of receiving the returned package.

Unfortunately, returns from outside the European Union are not possible. No warranty or service applies to deliveries outside the EU.
If an item is not listed on our webshop, feel free to contact us via email. We will gladly check if we can order the product for you.
If an item appears to be in stock but is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and immediately refund the amount to your account.
