All items can be returned, provided that:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
The full amount will be refunded via the original payment method (processed through Mollie Payments) within 10 working days of receiving the returned package.

Unfortunately, returning items from outside the European Union is not possible. Warranty and service are also not applicable for deliveries outside the EU.
If an item is not available on our webshop, you can contact us via email. We will gladly check if we can order the product for you.
If an item appears to be in stock but is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and immediately refund the amount to your account.
