The 100g/300g thermobond padding is cleverly padded to concentrate the padding density on your horse's topline, protecting the major shoulder, back and hind quarter muscle groups with snug warmth. A double layer of padding extends further, over the sides of the horse, while a single layer extends to the hem with the advantage of reduced bulk.

The 1680 Denier ballistic weave waterproof exterior is custom made and cut across the entire width to prevent leaks. The silky smooth, antibacterial, anti-static liner balances efficiently over your horse's back for self-righting in any weather.

Traditional blankets, which wrap around the horse's body, create tension around the shoulder and hind legs, which is restrictive and can cause friction. Our globally patented two-piece skirt breaks tension, allowing you to move freely while retaining heat and protecting your horse's body from splashes. Elastic inserts allow the shoulder to move freely, while the elastic embraces the contours of the horse to prevent warm air from escaping.

A design-registered angled 45° T-bar front closure supported by durable Velcro straps delivers a snug yet pressure-free fit around the shoulder to allow free movement and prevent chafing.

The padded neck folds down for added water protection and grazing comfort. Under the belly, adjustable crossed belts and a detachable central strap reliably protect your horse from bad weather.

Reflective safety bands and LeMieux brand strips keep your horse extra safe in low light conditions. At the back, a heavy-duty PVC strap keeps the blanket tight and clean, while an extra-long tail protector protects the top of the tail.

This blanket comes with a matching detachable neck and is compatible with the entire system of LeMieux blanket liners, bibs and necks. The Kudos blanket system offers you ultimate flexibility for all seasons.
