The Nathe Pelham with hard Mullen Mouth, tongue port and long scissors is a more powerful working bit, designed for riders who need more limitation at strong or dominant horses,  but want to keep the friendly properties of plastic. The hard, straight mouth-bar with tongue arch provides direct, stable action with space for the tongue, while the long scissors provide clear leverage on the mouth and neck.
