Is your horse overactive in the mouth? Is he inwardly fixated on the presence of the double and not fully focused on the rein aids? This design often favors the “short smile” (small distance from lip angle to muzzle), crowded mouths, tongue abductions or horses that have difficulty breathing and swallowing when they are in advanced stages. The NS Transform presses the entire tongue, much further back, creating a larger airway that increases the horse's ability to breathe and swallow. An indication of a restricted airway may be a tense horse that drools excessively or even makes a gurgling sound. Also beneficial if tongue twisting is common, as there is much less room for the horse to pull the tongue back, push the mouthpiece down or get it over the top.
