This fine mesh hay net is of small size, which makes it perfect for Shetlanders and ponies or for use in the trailer. Because it is fine mesh, the hay net can be used for fine hay types or to make it more difficult for your pony to eat too much hay.
A hay net forces the horse to eat more slowly, and is therefore also called a slow feeder. The smaller the mesh, the longer the horse spends on the food. This ensures better digestion and prevents boredom. Ideal during competitions, transport and in the stable. The hay net can be hung anywhere.
